Non-compliance at any stage of the challenge may result in immediate disqualification without any prior notice.
Open to students currently enrolled in recognized Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, and Diploma programs — in India or Internationally.
Each team can consist of up to 4 members, including the Team Leader.
All four members must belong to the same institution. Cross-college or cross-university teams are not permitted.
The Team Leader is the SPOC and must register the team directly on the official portal.
Team names must be unique and must not contain the name of your college/university.
A mandatory registration fee of ₹500 per team must be paid during registration.
Confirmation mail will be sent typically within 48 hours after verification.
After receiving login credentials, the Team Leader must reset the password and can submit the idea ONLY ONCE. Finalize the idea thoroughly before submission.
Clearly specify whether the idea falls under a defined Problem Statement or Open Innovation category.
Teams must certify that the idea is original and has not been submitted previously.
All teams must strictly follow the official Idea Submission structure. Submissions not adhering to this format may be rejected during initial screening.

Top 5 Teams per theme will be shortlisted for the internal evaluation round.
Top 45 Teams (3 per Theme) will advance to the final offline hackathon.
Travel to the host campus in Pune is mandatory for finalists.
Exemplary food and refreshments arranged for all participants.
Stamped college photo ID is required for venue entry.
